Description
The wisdom of the Enneagram is a wonderful tool to help us on a journey of self awareness and understanding ourselves. And for those on the Christian path it offers the possibility of unmasking the ingrained habits of the false self and rediscovering who we really are before God. The Enneagram can offer a profound discipleship journey as well as being a tool to help us better understand our motivations, how we get stressed and the moves we choose to make and avoid. And it can also offer us clues as to how to better communicate with people that appear very different to ourselves.
So do join us for a retreat where we can take a deeper dive into the nine different Enneagram types and the nine different ways of seeing, feeling and knowing the world around us. It will be a time to be curious, compassionate and gentle with yourself, and by the time we conclude you will hopefully understand yourself at a deeper level and be better prepared for what the world might demand of you.
Following a twenty year career in the commercial world of telecommunications, Terry Wood has spent a number of years exploring the Enneagram and all that it can offer and his personal testimony is that the Enneagram has been a significant influence on his own spiritual development. Terry is currently part of a Baptist Church in the South West of England but has a history that includes time spent within the Anglican tradition as well as having a strong affinity to Anabaptist theology. Teaching the Enneagram in a specifically Christian context is a particular passion that he is keen to share.
