Description
The Wild Goose Zen Sangha is delighted to return once again to Holland House for their Annual Spring Sesshin (Retreat).
From March 18th to March 22nd, Chris Ryushin Collingwood Roshi will lead a week of zazen (meditation), chanting and teaching, with invitations to ‘Dokusan’ (private one to one meetings with Chris) to support and encourage us in our practice.
Zen is open to people of any or no particular religious background, and those new to Zen will be warmly welcomed and introduced to this potentially life changing / enriching practice.
There are few opportunities in the UK to experience a week of authentic Zen practice with an established Zen Sangha, so this is not to be missed if you’re interested in what Zen is truly about.
After the first evening meal together, the retreat will continue in noble silence and includes all accommodation with delicious homemade vegetarian meals and refreshments throughout our stay. There will be free time to enjoy the beautiful gardens and the option to take part in bodywork and breathwork.
Arrivals from 4pm Monday 18th concluding after breakfast on Friday March 22nd.
We look forward to welcoming you!
