Holland HouseHolland HouseIn March 2019 Holland House became a Charitable Incorporated Organisation, a relatively new form of legal entity for a not-for-profit organisation. This means that the CIO has a legal ‘personality’ and can conduct business in its own name.
The objective of the CIO is the ‘promotion of Christian education by the management of Holland House….as a Christian centre and place for individuals and groups to develop their spirituality by means of retreats and conferences’.
The property itself is leased to the CIO from the Worcester Diocesan Board of Finance. Currently, six Trustees manage the CIO, one nominated by the Bishop of Worcester, two by Worcester Diocesan Synod and three by the Friends of Holland House.
