Spread the love

Labyrinths are ancient pathways for the human spirit. They can be found across the globe in many different settings and made from many different materials. We will begin the day by creating our own labyrinth from a variety of natural and everyday objects, bless the space we shall be using to draw nearer to God, before exploring the pathway as an aid for individual and corporate prayer. In response, there will be opportunities for creative journaling, making our own finger labyrinths and resting in the peace and inner calm resulting in our labyrinth enagagement in the ancient three fold prayer model of releasing, receiving and retreiving.

Rachel Hextal a retired Methodist Minister who has been exploring labyrinths, both alone and with others, for several decades. She is a Spiritual Director, Prayer Guide and leads retreats on holistic health themes.

Arrivals for 10am and the day includes a 2 course lunch plus refreshments. Departures at 4pm.
